Human–AI Collaboration
Building advanced AI literacy protocols across the workforce, shifting team capabilities from cognitive debt to cognitive capital.
Governance & Trust
Establishing clear accountability lines, data risk protocols, and trust frameworks to mitigate compliance issues and shadow AI usage.
